Penny Billings

I am happily married to David Billings, my husband of almost 33 years. We have two sons, Marshal, a sophomore at Wallace State Community College & Cason, a junior at Spain Park High School. I have been a small business owner of a residential cleaning service, OCD Cleaning Service, LLC for 10 years serving from the Birmingham metro area to Cullman, AL.

My platform will be to bring greater awareness to the travesty of human sex trafficking. I became more acquainted with the prevalence of this issue after volunteering at The WellHouse. The WellHouse is a rescue & restoration ministry for female victims of human sex trafficking. Currently, I am involved in many areas of the organization. In addition to being a contributor/donor, I am a part of the Awareness Team in which I speak on behalf of The WellHouse. Also, I lead a small group for the residents & I am a mentor to one of the graduates of the program.

My family & I are active members of Church of the Highlands, where I serve as a part of the Dream Team as a small group leader & on the Events Team, Information Team & A-Team. Additionally, I am a full-time evening student at Highlands College.
