Katie Hitchens

Katie's platform is FITT which stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type. She has partnered with the Arnold Sports Festival and has attended events with them all over her state for 2 years. Katie strives to encourage children to find time for a beneficial yet refreshing exercise each and everyday. 5K's, Gym Classes, and Summer Camps statewide are are a few of places Katie has managed to encourage children to stay FITT.
