Connie Tsang

My platform is called, "I Am Able" where my mission is to help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities gain their highest level of independence through the special needs services that I provide, not only as a pediatric speech therapist, but also as the CEO and Founder of my very own special needs agency called Desert Developmental Services. I am dedicated to facilitating change, and cultivating a more inclusive place for the special needs community. With that said, I plan to promote my platform by expanding the services that my special needs agency provides to New York.
