I support educating the public on the importance of spaying and neutering animals. For the last four years I have seen the result of too many kittens being born. I foster baby kittens through the Solano County Animal Care Clinic. With so many newborn and sick kittens brought into the county that need 24 care, they rely on fosters to help give these tiny precious babies a chance at life. My family and I care for these kittens until they return to the Care Clinic healthy, socialized and can be spayed or neutered and find their fur-ever home!
I encourage people to "Adopt Don't Shop" when it comes to finding a pet. I promote my foster kittens and several of the local rescue groups animals on social media as much as I can. Fostering animals is something that my whole family loves to do together!
Besides spreading the word about my platform, I volunteer and attend several community events, fundraisers and support my pageant sisters with their platforms and charities throughout the year.
Some examples include:
•Helping the fire victims in my own community last year
•Raising funds and participating in Light the Night Walk (for Leukemia & Lymphoma) and The Walk to end Alzheimer’s
•Helped package food for those in need
•Ringing the Salvation Army Bell during the Holidays
•Volunteer at Senior Homes and help prepare care packages for seniors every Christmas
