Become a State DirectorElle’s platform centers on two main causes: animal advocacy and promoting confidence in teens and young adults. She is able to use the skills she’s gained through both her professional experiences as well as involvement in the community to help advocate for these two causes. She recently obtained her Master of Business administration degree from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and works in marketing at a global multimedia conglomerate.
Elle’s has been able to hold her “Crowned in Confidence” seminars over the years to reach over 300 individuals across 15 states throughout the country. These seminars focus on bolstering communication, public speaking, personal safety, mindfulness, and confidence skills in young men and women. She has been able to have influential guest speakers at these seminars, including former Miss USA Nia Sanchez, former Ms. United States Mandy Schneider, and the current reigning Miss United States Samantha Anderson. She is currently in the final stages of publishing a book which serves as a guide covering similar topics from her seminars.
Additionally, she has a passion for helping animals in need. She frequently acknowledges that “animals have no voice, so we must be their voice and salvation.” She has been able to fundraise for different rescues in Minnesota and neighboring states. She is also a “foster failure” – meaning she takes animals in to foster while they wait for their fur-ever home but ends up falling in love and adopting them. She currently has two rescues: Princess, a Shetland Sheepdog, and Wally, a Rough Collie.
She hopes to promote these two causes that are near and dear to her heart through the title of Miss United States. She has already been out in her community for a decade raising awareness of these causes and making an impact. She plans to speak at schools, continue to hold monthly confidence seminars, and publish her book. She is ready to step into this role and make a lasting impact.
