Become a State DirectorEngineering, and Mathematics Field. As a graduate from Vanderbilt University with a degree in molecular and cellular biology, she knows the importance of having role models from a young age. Madelynne speaks firmly and regularly on these issues including at the United Nations, the Kentucky State Capitol, and to the National Public Health Association of America. Locally, she volunteers with the Kentucky Science Center and is co-hosting the Youth Science Summit. Earlier this year, she called upon all of her state congressmen in DC to advocate for change in her state. Days after Madelynne set foot in the Capitol, $200 million was dedicated to funding science and technology education grants for women. Coincidence? We think not!
