Xarya Sagarese

The focus of my platform is addressing the growing concern of hunger in the alarmingly high numbers of homelessness in our country. My platform that I created to address this problem nationally is called “Change to Changes,” which encourages people to donate their loose change and other various donations to feed the homeless. A few years ago, I was very sad and started crying when I saw a man sleeping under a tree without shoes and he was hungry.  Since that time, I have wanted to help and is why this platform is close to my heart.
