Carlie has created her own platform called You C.A.N. Community Acceptance Navigation  - she created this platform to show everyone even if you live in small community no act of service is too small to make a difference in someones life. YOU CAN make a difference. I have even created a Charity driven pageant system to not only give back to the community but show girls why I love pageantry.
